Our free Money Talks for teachers in school provide a very valuable service that Head Teachers endorse and staff enjoy and benefit from.
Our expert advisers are regionally based and have local knowledge that is invaluable to our customers. Some of our advisers also have backgrounds in education as well as finance, so they are well placed to understand teachers' needs and concerns.

All our Help Line staff, based at our head office in Bournemouth, are specially trained and only deal with our customers (you won't find any anonymous call centres or push button menus at Teachers Assurance).

Face to face
If you want to talk to an adviser on a one-to-one basis, that's easy to arrange. We can come to your school, your home or other venue. It's entirely up to you.
Over the internet
Our website enables you to access or ask for information from us, 24-7. You can also download information and apply online for many products (however there are some that can only be purchased after receiving financial advice).
For convenience, you can also email us requests for information and advice, book a MoneyTalk for your school and send us your ideas and feedback.
When you are a customer you can manage your account online via our My Plans service. Setting up your own account will enable you to view your Teachers Assurance products, advise us of any changes to your personal details, contact us with any queries you have about your products.
