Teachers Assurance Company Limited (TAC) - registered number 314801 is a wholly owned subsidiary of TPS. TAC is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), FSA Registered number 202569.

Teachers Financial Services Limited (TFS) - registered number 3401635 is a wholly owned subsidiary of TPS. TFS is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), FSA Registered number 415652.

Sovereign Unit Trust Managers Limited (SUTM) - registered number 2072297 is a wholly owned subsidiary of TPS. SUTM is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), FSA Registered number 121998.
